THIS PROJECT SOUGHT TO REFINE THE ORIGINAL DESIGN TO BEST FIT THE LIFESTYLE OF THE HOMEOWNER.
Our design role for Clatterin' Brig was a focus on helping our clients refine the interior and exterior detail of this rural new build home. Sketches, 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, client design meetings off site and on site were provided.
The exterior design options were explored and advice given for the colour of the exterior finishes, additional rooflights, the design of the windows + doors and a redesign of the feature arch window.
The interior floorplan was reviewed and enhancements made to the dining kitchen, the bedrooms, the entrance, the 3 en-suite bathroom layouts, the reading gallery and a new design for a feature staircase was provided. Additional space for fitted storage was found and the interior flooring, lighting, sanitary ware and tiling were included in this design service.
The kitchen in particular was meticulously designed to provide the exact cooking and dining experience required by our clients.
Many other elements such as the utility / boot room, pantry, bookshelves, socket + radiator positions etc benefited from this design service and our client brainstorming sessions.
Much of the design refining was supported by 3D visualisations both of the exterior + interior.
